My parents are both quickly aging and I needed to find help for them quickly and efficiently. Hours of research on line is not fun and they are in Mechanicville, VA and I live in Maryland. Anyway, after some 45 minutes of making several inquiries and contacts, I came across BrightStar and Allison called me within moments with full understanding of my needs, locally based in Mechanicsville and she born and raised there as well. I am having extreme problems with parents accepting help and Allison totally understood and shared having the same experience with her 98 year old grandmother. Allison has been in touch almost every week since my initial contact. Now, their acceptance of care is totally in the hands of my parents and one sister there.......
