For about 2 years now we have had LaNisa working with my almost 90 year old father. She helps with cooking, cleaning, help with grocery lists/groceries being delivered, putting things away, being my eyes and ears, being there in person to chat with him ( he is a bit awnry (in a good way) and she gives it right back to him...he loves it!!!. I am not local and dad does not want to leave "home", with LaNisa there three times a week I feel good about things with dad. If there is ever anything of concern or something dad needs she communicates very well during my phone calls to dad. LaNisa has gone the extra mile many times! Dad so looks forward to each day that LaNisa comes (3 times a week) and this is PRICELESS to me/us. When he is visiting me in the south after about a week he's already talking about how he is missing LaNisa. We could not say enough great things about her and how she truly cares about her clients. We sooooooo appreciate and value LaNisa, her being happy/so pleasant, completely genuine and caring on top of everything she does. ALSO... Cassie is dad's nurse that comes every couple weeks to set dad up with his meds. She has come off schedule (even on a weekend) when dad has returned to town. She came on a Saturday late afternoon to make sure he was set with meds and didn't go without. She is also in close touch with me on any concerns and/or needs that dad may have. Thanks so much Cassie for going the extra mile for dad and I, we truly appreciate you!

We have been working with Brightstar care about four years now. Arbrie is my son's nurse, and has been for the duration (he's 8). His condition requires regular IV infusions. As one can imagine, administering his meds has been incredibly difficult as he has an intense fear of needles. Arbrie has been amazing through it all. She has developed a really great relationship with him as well as our whole family. These days his infusions are (mostly) smooth and low stress. We owe that to Arbrie's unquestionable skill, kindness, patience and great sense of humor. I am so grateful Brightstar sent her our way!

Mikayla is the best thing since sliced bread and I’m serious about that. She does amazing work. She came into my house with the wheels turning, and was able to figure out what to do without being told. She is an excellent worker and a blessing to her trade. She is going to be a great nurse. She is also great with dogs.

We have been using BrightStar Care since August. My Dad is a resident at Parkwood Estates in Ft. Collins. He is very happy with all of the CNA's. We would like to especially comment on the excellent service, care, and kindness that Ethan K gives to my Dad. Ethan seems to know exactly what my dad needs every time he is there!

I believe that Maggie is one of the best c.n.a that you have in your employment she is very attentive to my needs she is always very pleasant to me she helps me with all kinds of things she is a compliment to your company i feel that she is very competent in doing her job I like Maggie quite a bit she is very helpful to me and I appreciate her service to me thank you for having her work for you she's the tops in my book

Destiny is exactly who we needed to help support our mom to keep her in her beloved home - Thank you for all you do Destiny, you are such a blessing to our whole family

The office staff folks are friendly and very helpful. Caregivers that help my mother are competent, kind and sweet friends to my mother. She especially connects with Christine and appreciates all of the help from Brightstar.

BrightStar Care has a transportation service which I have been using since April of this year because of Parkinson's disease for doctor visits, haircuts and other miscellaneous needs. The drivers so far have been young women with excellent driving skills, always on time, make sure I safely enter and exit the car, hand me the items from my walker and secure it in the car. Seat belts are required and light conversation so as not to distract the driving. Victoria, Denise, Leah, Lexie, Christine, Brittany and Destiny each recieve 5 Stars for outstanding service. Cassie an RN conducts a home interview and details the service usage and home visits every three months for my medical checkup. Brandy is my main contact with the office and she is always available to help me fill out the Transportation Agreemente efficiently to provide low cost for me and less downtime for the driver's. They also recieve 5 Stars for outstanding service. BrightStar has efficently fulfilled my transportation needs and I would glady recommend them to anyone needing handicap transportation.

The service, responsiveness and attentiveness from BrightStar Care employees is exemplary. Every employee I have talked/worked with has been great!  This has primarily been Ellen, the scheduler, and the person who answers the phones, but everyone has been wonderful.  I would highly recommend this organization.
