I just would like to say, I am very happy with Brightstar Care, Every one is very professional and just being a nice person, I had a ride and the CNA was having problems getting my wheelchair in, She worked and she never was upset. She did her job with a smile. Bright Star has been a pleasure to work with during this difficult time for us. Chris has been a pleasure to work with and helping us schedule in-home healthcare And having very flexible people to meet our needs. The staff that has come to our home has been very professional and they all go above and beyond what is asked of them. I would highly recommend Bright Star (Elesia) to anyone who is in the need of a healthcare professional to come in to their home. Elesia (my CNA) assigned from Brightstar was more experienced than any CNA I had in the two hospitals I was in for over three months. She has a great personality and is always positive when I get down. Elesia goes above and beyond the call of duty. We will miss her when we move !!!

BrightStar takes their hiring of employees seriously and does a good job in hiring and training the best employees.. I have used BrightStar for nearly a year and have experienced several different personal for my needs. Most of these employees are young CNAs with lots of ambition to learn and move on to become R.N.s. BrightStar thrives to be the best and it is reflects on their employees. BrightStar Care helped care for my mom in our home before she went to Long-term-care. They were professional, hard working, and respectful. BrightStar treated mom with kindness, respect and dignity. Their staff went out of their way to provide for her needs. My mom enjoyed her BrightStar visits. I want to thank the entire staff for their excellent service.
