I’ve been a resident of Northern Colorado since December 2018, when my family and I relocated from Southern California. Over the years, I’ve started several businesses, but serving as the owner of BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado has been the most fulfilling.

My passion for home health care began in high school when my 90-year-old grandmother moved in with us and my mother became her full-time caregiver. During that time, I witnessed firsthand how home care significantly improved my grandmother’s quality of life, which ultimately inspired me to pursue this field. BrightStar’s commitment to providing the highest standard of personal and skilled care aligns closely with my own values, and I’m proud to offer that level of care to our community.

I am excited to serve as the Executive Director/Administrator at BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado. I bring nearly 10 years of experience within the BrightStar network, including leadership roles, along with a lifelong career in healthcare.

I began as a CNA while earning my bachelor’s degree in Gerontology from University of Northern Colorado, which shaped my deep respect for the trust families place in care providers and the dedication of caregivers.

I am passionate about continuing to deliver compassionate, dependable care while building strong relationships with clients, families, and our care team in Northern Colorado.

My name is Cassie Cline, and I am a VA RN Care Manager that works out of our Boulder/Broomfield office. I am new to Brightstar but come ready to help assist the Veterans in our community! I obtained my nursing license in June of 2023 and graduated in December of 2023 with my bachelor’s in nursing from UNC. Helping people has always been a passion of mine, and becoming a nurse allows me to fulfill that passion while making a positive impact in the lives of my patients. As a VA nurse case manager, I work closely with veterans to coordinate their care and develop tailored care plans. I am proud to be a part of an organization that believes in providing the exceptional care that Veterans have earned.

My name is Ellen Whiteley, and I am a Registered Nurse Case Manager specializing in the Boulder/Broomfield area. I have been with this franchise for nearly a year, and have loved having the opportunity to live, learn, and grow in the shadow of the Rockies. I obtained my Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Colorado College of Nursing in 2020 and spent 2 years working in Labor and Delivery at UChealth in Aurora, before deciding to make a change and switched to Home Health. BrightStar Care has been an extraordinary place to learn and grow, and I'm so grateful to our staff, employees, and clients for making this journey into Home Health such a validating and stimulating experience!

Hello, my name is Brandy, and I am the Office Coordinator. I have lived here in Colorado since 2021. Before moving here, I lived in the Pacific Northwest for 13 years. The majority of that time was in the Puget Sound area of Washington state. I have a 5-year-old son and we enjoy taking walks and playing at parks. Most of my working career has been in the medical field including long term care, post op care, telemetry units, and wound care. I also worked a couple years as a 911 call receiver. I am really proud to be a part of the BrightStar Care Team and work alongside incredible people.

I am Brandon, the Skilled Intake Specialist at BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado and have been with BrightStar since 2022. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in 2017 and have worked in health care since 2012. I have lived in Colorado my entire life and currently live in Greeley with my wife, two kids, and many pets! When I am not at work, I enjoy reading, woodworking, and spending time with my family.

My name is Julie Calbog, I joined BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado in October 2024 as a Customer Relations and Operations Associate. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Marketing Management. Working with BrightStar is a great experience, and I appreciate being able to utilize my passion for helping clients and making sure all of their needs are covered. When I am not at work, I enjoy planting and spending quality time with my family, especially with my two teenage daughters.
