Let me start with overall as a company the whole experience was okay, frustrating to get started for sure with all the approvals and such. I was injured at work and broke both bones in my right leg and had to have two separate surgeries to fix the damage that was caused. Now I had to try to get physical therapy all set up. Early in the process it was impossible to get anyone to call me back and help get this going, but when it did get going the people were great! It took me a while to find a solid contact at the company until I spoke to Kris Gonzales - he is the “ Operations Specialist for the greater Austin area” and the only one the will call you back. If this guy tells you he’s going to follow up or do something to help, by God he actually does it! He has been awesome to work with and I would have tried to find a different company after all the issues I had early on, but because of him Kris and ONLY Kris and his ability to follow up is why your getting this review! You guys should absolutely celebrate him and his dedication to what he does for us the injured. That guy deserves a raise, and should be the only person reaching out to all of your customers. You have a ROCKSTAR for an employee there, you’re going to want to keep that one.

Janice was my home health nurse. She was professional and did an excellent job in helping me with a surgical wound. She also assisted with ordering needed medical supplies. My experience with Bright Star was great.

Been with this company for a long time. Erica is like the best nurse (lvn) ever. She's very knowledgeable. She takes her time and does her job right. I hope the office doesn't mess up and loose her! It's their staff that makes them and Erika makes them great!

Nurse Janice is so amazing! She always had a smile on her face and she communicated scheduling issues, delays, etc promptly, And she definitely helped ease the anxiousness I had with having a PICC line! Thank you Janice!

My BrightStar physical therapist, Dave, was simply AWESOME! I want to thank him profusely for the time and attention he provided me on my way to recovery. I am doing extremely well following my left hip replacement, thanks to Dave’s expertise, and I feel confident in each step I take because of him. I fully intend to have my other hip replaced, and I look forward to working with him again when that happens. I pray for an enjoyable the rest of your summer for all of BrightStar Care, and thank you once again!
