Human Resources Manager & Business Development OfficerTroy Dahman, a native of Refugio, Texas, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare sector. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waldorf University, Troy excels in management, technical writing, healthcare management, and business process improvement.
Currently serving as the Human Resources and Business Development Manager at BrightStar Care for over 4 years, Troy oversees recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Troy's career includes leadership positions such as Center Director at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., and Grifols, where he demonstrated proficiency in managing operations, P&L, community relations, and regulatory compliance in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Prior to this, Troy served as the Regional Director of Field Operations at United Blood Services, representing the Wyoming region. He also held the role of Manager of Donor Services, Fixed Site Operations at BioBridge Global, overseeing multiple community blood facilities, as well as other management roles over the span of 9 years.
Additionally, Troy contributes to the community as a Board Member at Haven for Hope of Bexar County, demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.

Private Duty Services ManagerJordan Straus is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned her degree in Information Technology and Marketing. She relocated to Austin, Texas, four years ago and has since built a strong presence in the home health care industry.
Jordan brings an extensive background in sales and marketing, combined with over three years of hands-on experience in home health care. Her primary focus has been in pediatric private duty nursing, where she has developed a deep understanding of both patient needs and family support systems.
Throughout her career, Jordan has worked across multiple areas of the industry, including staffing, recruiting, human resources management, sales, and marketing. Her well-rounded experience allows her to approach care delivery with both operational efficiency and compassion.
