Cara Macon is a devoted healthcare professional with a steadfast commitment to serving those in need within the industry. Since joining BrightStar Care in 2018, Cara has brought her unique blend of expertise in medical social work, business acumen, and unwavering compassion to her role as Regional Director of Operations.

With dual Master's degrees in Social Work and Business Administration, Cara possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare. Her journey in the field has equipped her with invaluable insights into the challenges faced by patients and caregivers alike, driving her passion for making a meaningful difference in their lives.

At BrightStar Care, Cara's focus extends beyond the traditional boundaries of her role. While ensuring operational excellence across her region, she remains steadfast in her commitment to improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall quality of care delivered to clients.

As Regional Director of Operations, Cara is dedicated to upholding BrightStar Care's mission of providing compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families in need. Her strategic vision, coupled with her deep empathy for those she serves, makes her an invaluable asset to both the organization and the community it serves.

Stacey Puckett serves as our Business Development Manager, bringing nearly a decade of experience in healthcare marketing and sales. She is deeply committed to helping people and improving lives, with a strong passion for educating and empowering individuals to achieve their healthcare goals. Stacey has a special focus on both pediatric care and the senior population, where she finds the greatest fulfillment in supporting patients and families.

In addition to her professional work, Stacey is actively involved in her community through several local nonprofits and a Mardi Gras association, reflecting her dedication to service and connection. A proud alumna of Mississippi State University, she remains an enthusiastic supporter of her alma mater and all things Mississippi State.

Kasey began her career with BrightStar Care in July of 2018. She is responsible for scheduling field staff, managing customer/client relations, client care standards, and ensuring the branch meets and exceeds customer/employee expectations. Kasey’s compassion for helping people along with her interest in healthcare has enabled her to excel in her career at BrightStar by improving the lives of those we serve by ensuring they receive the coverage and care they need.
