I am Megan Lorenz and I have worked in the home care field for 25 years supporting both the elderly population as well as people with developmental disabilities. My passion is providing the best care to all people and assisting them to thrive in their own homes.

I'm Sarah Brewer, the Director of Nursing. Drawing from two decades of diverse experience, my journey began as a certified nursing assistant and public health educator, evolving into the last 8 years as an RN in acute care. This path solidified my unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care. Leading with transparency, I guide teams to excellence in home health settings for clients of all ages. My aspiration is for our team to consistently surpass expectations, serving with passion and delivering exceptional care.

i, I'm Katie Cordaro, serving as the Regional Clinical Director. With a robust background spanning 13 years in acute care nursing and home health, I possess a unique blend of expertise. My extensive experience equips me to effectively address the chronic health requirements of our patients while remaining attentive to emergent acute situations and adeptly managing them. Though my journey began in hospital settings, I found my true passion in home health. My goal is to uphold safe patient practices and deliver care that exceeds expectations, ensuring optimal well-being for those under our care.

I'm Staci Munoz, an LPN and skilled scheduler. With 22 years as an LPN and 6 months as a scheduler, I bring patience and nursing experience to the table. My goal is to be the best scheduler for my nurses and therapists while I continue to learn about the growing arena of home health.

A Director of Operations with a combined 20 years' experience in the Behavioral and Healthcare fields. My goal is to make sure everyone who seeks out BrightStar Care receives compassionate, reliable care. Having used Home Health to take care of my disabled brother while I work has given me the unique experience of not only being the one who provides services but understands what it feels like to need them as well.

My name is Jessica Maldonado I am the Client Care Manager and ensure that our clients receive the care they so deserve, while maintaining the independence they want. I have worked as a caregiver for over 17 years and LNA for over 9 years in multiple settings, including facilities and hospitals. Once you realize what a difference your help can make, you want to reach as many people as you can. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

Hello, I'm Trisia, a Client Care Manager with 20 years’ experience in Home Care. I started as a caregiver and have continued to learn and grow my knowledge by working in multiple positions. I really enjoy the work that I do, I love to help our clients stay in their homes and remain as independent as they can. My goal is to continue to learn and to work with our caregivers to continue to provide the best care for our clients.

My name is Courtney Meier, and I am the Business Development Manager for Brightstar Care. Healthcare has been my passion for the last 15 years of my career and a majority of those 15 years 8 of them have been with Brightstar. I enjoy helping people, hearing their stories and being able to see progress in real time. My degree is in business management and hope to use those skills to enhance our development and show that we as a company can provide the best care in the valley.

I have worked in different aspects of clinical settings which has given me the ability to understand various clients’ needs and allows me to be comfortable when serving my clients. Hello, my name is Sofia Beene. I stared my career in 2004 in the health care community. Started my career working in group home with the development disability children. Then I started working in assisting living homes with elders. That’s where I spend most of my time and expanded my experience. Years went by and I decided to take a break and attend school I obtained my Associates of Applied Science as a Respiratory Therapist. Enjoyed that for a while, but still had an itch for caregiving. That’s when I started working for BrightStar Care. I started as a caregiver, then promoted to Field support manager and now I am the onboarding specialist here. Being able to experience both sided is amazing and it set me up to be successful in my job. I am very passionate, positive, energetic, and outgoing. This is what helps be great in my career.

After spending the last 14 years in an education or legal profession I made the choice to pursue a new and rewarding career. During my free time I love to hike with friends, read, and travel with my husband.
