FAT TUESDAY in Chicagoland includes “Paczki”

FAT TUESDAY in Chicagoland includes “Paczki” Caregivers in La Grange IL: Once in a while during the year we allow ourselves a special treat. Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras celebrations are one of those times when many enjoy some Creole food and other delights. Paczki is translated as “doughnut” or “little package.” As you can see we shared this tradition with the many people we interacted with on Fat Tuesday as we went from Chicago to Oak Park to La Grange and Western Springs to talk about healthcare.
