They even went out of their way to provide care on a holiday when I wasn't sure I would be able to have treatment.

Brightstar has provided nursing care for my monthly in-home infusions for over 8 eight months now. A HUGE shoutout to Amber Taylor-Duque. I can't fit all the good things I want to say about Amber in this review.. so I'll try to sum it up as best I can. The nursing care Amber provides is professional, thorough, and personalized. I appreciate how she actively listens when we have conversations. I also admire her nursing knowledge and skillset. I am thankful for her IV confidence and knowledge. I have long infusions, and she is the only nurse I have had that offered to assist with personal care tasks when she heard I had a hard time with them because of my condition. Amber truly understands holistic care. A mark of a great nurse. I've been able to watch her train new nurses as well. To learn about the little details she's paying attention to without saying it out loud or drawing my attention to it even... It just makes me even more grateful that she's MY nurse.

Hazel was an amazing caretaker and very helpful. I would love to have her again as a sub when my caretaker is not available . She did outstanding work and I'm very appreciate of her work.

This place is remarkable. I have been a personal care assistant for a little over a month. I have worked at a lot of jobs in my lifetime, one that treated you with the kindness are care that this corporation does. They bend over backwards to make you feel special and appreciated. I was in the office one day awaiting to talk to someone. Three other people came up to me to make sure I was being helped. I had an issue my first day. I did as told "call if you need anything". I needed advice and they were with me every step of the way. Whether it is a Sunday--midnight---or any other time. They periodically call you to make sure things are going smooth and if you need anything at all. This place goes above and beyond. I am proud to say I work here. Lori Maskil

Aloha.. I’ve been an employee at Brightstar Las Vegas for about 8-9 years now and continued from Honolulu Brightstar for 7 years. Working for Las Vegas BS had been wonderful and the administrative have always been professional. My dear boss & owner Becky Torrez is one of the most amazing human I’ve known. Her heart is so welcoming and treats everyone with ultimate respect with no judgements. The 1st day I called to speak with her about seeking employment, I was relocating from HI to LV and she said “come see me when you are settled”. And I did just that ! I Walked into her office & I immediately felt her kindness and Aloha. She is like family to me and always been there whenever I had any concerns or needed help or advice. There are many amazing staff members that I would love to mention who also have shown such humbleness and work hard at what they do- Ginny (payroll) Is one of them. She goes above and beyond and it’s a pleasure to have her ! There’s not enough space on here to share my gratitude for her! I love being a part of this team and continue to be as long as I can. It’s not just a “job” because to do this “job” you have to have an overall compassion and sincerity. To spread the Aloha at work and caring for my clients/patients is my purpose.
