Barbara FLYR, the nurse who did assessments when my husband left hospitals, goes above and beyond her duty. She listened very closely to all the issues we had and explained what can happen if a certain condition is not monitored and /or treated. She gave us practical information on how to keep track of giving a certain medication every 2 to 3 days . She was extremely helpful in suggesting to ask the Dr for more defined parameters for blood pressure readings etc so it is more clear when or when not to administer a certain medication to avoid drug interactions. Her help was invaluable. From all our interactions with healthcare professionals she was the one who not only really listened but showed genuine interest and willingness to take her time and gave suggestions how to make things better.

Great, attentive staff, both office and companions. Barabara the RN did a thorough assessment and Rita, Michelle and Diana have all been wonderful.

Our caregiver Joanie is outstanding, attentive to Mom’s needs in every way. She is always on time and comes to the home with a cheerful and positive outlook. She cleans, cooks, assists Mom with daily chores, is a great companion and always puts Mom’s safety and wellbeing first. We look forward to continued great service and companionship.

Anaya Graham of Brightstar is the daytime care giver for our Mom. She takes wonderful care of our Mom, and has so much patience with her. She helps Mom get through her good days and bad days. Mom loves Anaya, and so does the rest of the family!

I had the pleasure of working with Brianne Huntsman as a pediatric nurse for my son. She brought such ease and comfort to him. He was overly anxious and afraid of nurses but Brianne came in and eased his anxiety and his fears. She is very patient, caring and gentle. She listens to your concerns and walked my son through the process of her steps she took with him. She is very sweet and one of the best at the company. I’d give her 100 stars if I could.

Indeaya always gives the best care and I am excited when she cares for my husband. She does so well. The best we came across yet.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company! They have been working with me for almost a year now. I’ve been fortunate enough to have an amazing nurse named Tawny. Every week she has helped me to get out of my own head temporarily by talking to me about anything that is going on whether it’s medical or not and offer advice or support if needed. To say my husband and I trust her wholeheartedly is not even enough. Whenever she has to change my port access she does so in such a gentle way that it lessens my anxiety about it and I don’t have any fear about that poke. She not only counts down to give me a heads up but she does so in such a way that it never hurts compared to when it’s accessed by almost anyone else. Because she sees me every week we have a system in place now, I’m comfortable talking to her about ALL my medical issues that I don’t always feel comfortable talking to some of my doctors about. But those moments that I’m concerned about talking to a doctor she helps give me strength to advocate for myself and get the best help possible. She always follows up to see how those conversations went and what the next step is. I’m truly grateful to have Tawny as my nurse. I’d recommend her to everyone! She truly takes her position as a nurse and the care of her patients seriously and to heart! Thank you Tawny and Brightstar for all you do!
