BrightStar Care had the privilege of attending the 2026 New England Home Care Symposium, hosted by the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts—a premier event dedicated to advancing excellence in home care across the region. Held annually, this symposium brings together providers, professionals, and thought leaders from across New England for a day of inspiration, education, and meaningful connection.
This year’s event delivered on all fronts. With an agenda packed full of timely sessions and expert panels, it was an incredible opportunity for the BrightStar Care team to learn, collaborate, and bring new ideas back to the communities we serve.
One of the major highlights of the day was the keynote presentation by the one and only Steve “the Hurricane” Weiss, a nationally renowned home care expert and motivational speaker. Steve brought his signature energy and depth of experience to the stage, sharing powerful insights on how to grow, lead, and innovate in the ever-changing landscape of home care. His message struck a chord—reminding us that compassion and strategy go hand-in-hand when it comes to building strong care teams and delivering exceptional service.
