Yes. We are a nurse-led agency. Every client’s care is overseen by a Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing. The RN conducts the initial assessment, creates a customized Plan of Care, and provides ongoing supervision of our LNAs and caregivers. This clinical oversight ensures that as a client’s medical needs change—from companion care to skilled nursing—we can adapt without a transition in providers.
