Tiah has been working at River Oaks for a short time. I am a resident living here and my husband lives on the 4th floor in memory care. I have seen her working with the memory care residents for a couple weeks and I must say she stands out. The patience, kindness, and her smile goes along way both in quiet times and difficult times. I have had tasks that she has taken on and has done outstanding with. She truly demonstrates a passion for people and the company she represents!

We have had a very good experience with BrightStar home care in Bloomfield hills. We currently have Lorena who has been assigned to us for a while now. She is a very caring ,compassionate and the best kind of a care giver you could possibly have. My wife lovers and she often goes above and beyond to care for my wife. With 40 years in the medical field and a background in nursing, Lorena Robinson is a rare find. Over the past 3 years of observing her as a caregiver, I have been impressed by her compassion, empathy, dedication and professionalism. She is patient, understanding, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Lorena handles everything from medical appointments to social outings with total ease, and her clients clearly feel safe and comfortable with her.
