Brightstar has free 60 day assessments and amazing staff such as Heather and the director of nursing Stacy. They offer so many options for care and really go above and beyond for clients and their families.

In regard to Katelyn and Christina, I was very happy with the care and services. I rate them both an A++. It was a pleasure to meet them, I can't tell you how happy I was with them. I wish that each one would move next-door to him one on each side.

I would like to recognize Sarah Clark, for her outstanding work as my care provider.. From the time she started last January until she had to leave this September, she provided excellent, dedicated, skilled service. Sarah is one of the top caregivers in the Brightstar Company and worthy of special recognition

It's tough enough to provide professional, compassionate, medical care in a hospital or care center. When an RN enters a private home to do the same, that task becomes doubly difficult when you consider pets, well-meaning but obtrusive family members, and any number of other hurdles facing the caregiver. BrightStar Care has met those challenges superbly at every turn and challenge. Communication, schedule flexibility, follow-through have all been top notch. Special kudos to my caregiver, Marla Preader, for communication and helpful suggestions for my needs.

Ashley truly cares for Sally’s wellbeing and the family greatly appreciates everything she does. She knows how to help her feel as calm as possible. She is a kind and caring person and those qualities show in her care for Sally.

We are so so pleased with the care that Kristina is providing to Mom! She is punctual, enthusiastic, proactive and very kind. Mom loves her! We hope Kristina stays around a long time!

Kathelina walked into our house and instantly connected with my husband. They were able to go through his exercises twice and he actually seemed to enjoy them. While many of the people from Bright Star have this ability, I found it interesting that Kat was on her first day. She will be an asset to the organization and a help to anyone she is sent to help.

BrightStar came to the rescue when we needed them! They helped with care from 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to a several hours a day. Everyone was friendly, professional and very accommodating. We highly recommend them and will use them again if/when needed. Thank you for being there for us!

Jane has been simply wonderful with our mom. She is constantly thinking of things that will entertain Mom, keep her busy and involved, and is so willing to go out of her way to be the best companion with Mom that she can be. My siblings and I are so so appreciative!
