I started my career 20 plus years ago in healthcare. First as a CNA then moved to activities and I'm currently in the sales and marketing role. I love working with senior citizens. I joined Bright Star Care this year and feel like I have finally found where I belong. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband. We recently have become empty nesters and spending time at home with our three dogs and cat is where we like to be the most. Outside of work at home we have three boys and three grandchildren that we adore more than anything.

Caitlyn comes to Brightstar with 7 years of experience in chemotherapy infusion and med-surg nursing. She is passionate about advocating for patients. She enjoys getting patients the services they need to stay safe, healthy, and remain at home. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 3 donkeys, 7 chickens, 2 pigs and fostering rescue dogs.

With a background in social work and a commitment to patient-centered care, I’ve proudly been part of BrightStar Care since 2016. Over the years, I’ve served in a variety of roles including Caregiver, Customer Care Manager, Revenue Cycle Manager, and now Branch Manager. Each position has strengthened my passion for home care and reinforced my belief in the importance of compassionate, personalized support for every client. My goal is to ensure our team delivers exceptional care that enables our clients to stay in the place they call home.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two energetic toddler boys, who keep life joyful and busy!

I started my career with BrightStar Care in July 2020 as a caregiver. As new opportunities emerged, I transitioned into the role of receptionist and went on to hold several key positions, including scheduler, recruiter, and customer care manager. Today, I have settled into my role as Recruiting and Retention Specialist, where I focus on hiring, supporting, and retaining exceptional caregivers. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of life’s moments.

Dana has over 14 years of experience in customer service and has a passion for helping others and making things right. Dana enjoys being able to help people and is thankful to be in a role that allows her to work with individuals that need that assistance every day. In her spare time, Dana enjoys spending time with her 5 kids, dog Charlie, & friends.

My career in healthcare began 12 years ago when I became a CNA, driven by a genuine passion for helping others. Over the years, I’ve worked in nursing homes and home care, gaining a deep appreciation for the trust that families place in their caregivers. Three years ago, I joined BrightStar Care as a caregiver and immediately connected with the mission of providing high‑quality, compassionate care. I later stepped into the Field Support Specialist role and now proudly serve as the Client Intake and Skilled Nursing Coordinator. Each role has allowed me to support clients in new ways, and I’m grateful to be part of a team committed to exceptional care.

In my free time, I like to read, spend time with my family, and hang out with my little sister through the BBBS program.
