With the “Baby Boomer” generation, which is defined by people born in the years of 1946-1964, reaching the point where within the next 5-7 years, they are hopefully able to retire if they choose. This leaves a significant deficit in the workforce as the generations that follow were much smaller in numbers.This gets complicated because not only are there job openings across the globe, but the largest generation is also nearing the age where they may need assistance to maximize their quality of life.

- Caregiver
- Social Worker
- Administration (For Independent or Assisted Living, Care Center, etc.)
