I feel like the office needs to be more prepared when they need to cover shifts. But my is a very kind and courteous and cooks weel. She helps me get through some really hard parts in my day, I don't know what I would do without her.

This company is top rate. This is the second time we have engaged them for Mom. They are great to work with no matter how many curve balls I throw at them. The caregivers are kind, compassionate, and patient with Mom. I would highly recommend them.

I have been with BrightStar for close to seven years now and in that time they have always treated me very well. There are things outside of their control like with every agency out there, but they do their very best to fill in, even with their office people, if they have gaps or call offs. The staff is very friendly, office, home health aides and nurses included. If you have any issues and bring it to their attention, they work hard to remedy issues as quickly as they can. I would highly recommend them to any family member, friend or stranger based on my experience.

Too often we only find time to criticize and send negative comments. I am not one of them. In March of this year I needed to find at home help. This was not easy for me because I have always been the caregiver. I called agencies in my area and found all had one concern at the top of their concerns: What would they be getting. I was very discouraged but a lady gave me the name, address & phone # of Bright Star agency in Centerville. Oh what a find. From the gal who answered the phone to the rest of the team you could feel the genuine caring compassion. My initial intake at home visit was so supportive. Trish, my nurse answered my questions. Now I look forward to her coming to do an eval every 60 days. Destiny was the knowledgeable gal who found me Miss Aerial. She took away all my concerns about having "a stranger helping me". I felt like she was family. Her care was excellent but due to a personal situation, she had to move to Indiana, Destiny again selected Miss Loreli. Her smile brightened my day. She is caring and she does an excellent job. If I could I would adopt her. Moving on, Leigh, the billing Manager is one of the most professional managers that I have ever met. Her invoices are accurate and timely and she too cares about the patients. The new area manager Steve has managed my particular situation with my insurance co with good decisions and actual caring. Health aid does light housekeeping and transportation to appointments. Arrives on time. Asks what tasks I want her to complete. Aid is friendly and personable, and I've been happy with services so far.

BrightStar has been caring for my mother for 2 months now and we are very happy with the care she has received. Her aide Andrea is a blessing. Mom feels comfortable with her and she anticipates things that mom needs done. The communication with the staff at BrightStar is excellent. The office reaches out regularly to manage scheduling and has been very accommodating of the changes we requested. The office staff is polite and thoughtful and the aides have been kind and caring. We have had a great experience with this company.
