Our mother is currently at Brightstar. We chose Brightstar bc it is a smaller care center and we knew our mother would have wonderful care. The care that she has been given is wonderful. We have been very happy with our choice. We also adore Delta- she is the kindest - and sends pics to of us our mother. My family would recommend Brightstar to anyone looking for care for a parent or family member.

BrightStar is a first class senior living facility. Our mom has been there since May of 2024 and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They answer all my questions promptly and are always available. Our family couldn’t be happier knowing our mom is so being so well taken care of. Delta alone deserves 5 stars!

Huge shout out to Michaela and Candece for their help and assistance with getting my Husband Rocky moved to BrightStar in 24 hrs. We had minimal options and little time to decide where to place him for the best care to meet his needs and these 2 ladies made it happen. What a team they are together. The love and compassion from the entire staff at this facility in Mason is beyond impressive. You can tell they all love their job and treat our loved ones like family. I can sleep peacefully at night now knowing he’s in good hands and receiving top tier care. I would rate them 10 stars if I could. They are by far the best Senior Living facility in Ohio. They deserve to be highly recognized. Thank you all. We feel very blessed that we found you. Best decision we’ve ever made for Rocky’s care.

The staff at Brightstar is truly one of a kind. You can tell they thoroughly enjoy taking care of their residents. The feeling is reciprocated to the staff by the residents the way they interact with them and show them love back. Seeing the relationship between staff and residents is a great thing to see. The residents are so kind as well. My 4 year old just loves Lavon, one of the residents who has been in the community for several years.

The nurses and caregivers at BrightStar are among the best, they serve the residents with so much joy and compassion. Kristi, one of the day nurses has been with the company since day 1 of opening, and continues to be amazing. When you walk into BrightStar, you can feel the love the staff has for the residents. Smiles can be seen, and laughter heard. It is such a great feeling to know the care staff show up each day to serve to the best of their ability.

BrightStar Senior living has been a great place to further my career. All of the management team and staff are qualified to complete their jobs and they show up to work with the best intentions in mind for their residents and coworkers everyday. The intimate size of the community is what makes this building stand out from others. It gives us the opportunity to really care for your loved one on a personal level.

We have had some bad nursing experiences in the past, but Brightstar has erased all of that and I can't praise them enough, all the way from the support staff to the administration. Everyone is great. Our assigned Private Duty Nurse, Amanda Bussey, is exemplary in her care. She is attentive, intuitive, and thorough. She has built a trusting relationship with my grandson and the entire family and communicates well and actively with all. She sets the bar high and I honestly don't know how we would function without her, so I hope she stays with us for many years. After sifting through the debris, we finally found a gem.

I want to recognize two BrightStar employees, Ariel Phipps and Chelsie. Both these young women were sent to my home to help me when I was hobbled with a broken lt. thumb - (you don't realize how much the lack of use of your non-dominant hand/thumb is so necessary to ALL activities of daily living until you don't have it! -) These two young women did everything I asked of them, plus recognized things that needed to be done before I asked, and took care of them. All the while with very pleasant personalities. If I should need home care again I would call on BrightStar - and ask for Ariel & Chelsie!

we found the company in a time of great need. I have a seven-year-old medically fragile child who has stage five cerebral palsy, ventilator, and Trach dependent. I’m a single parent and was in desperate need of nursing Company. Brightstar took us on and has been absolutely amazing. They have supplied me with amazing nurses And the communication With the agency is Beautiful.

Our family just started working with one of Brightstar's Centerville area nurses. I was very nervous because we use them for our son, who has pretty significant needs that include the inability to communicate. The nurse we work with, Angel, is an absolute godsend! Our family felt immediate comfort and warmth from her. I now feel like I can take a breath and have some relief from the burden I have been carrying around for years caring for my son. I trust Angel completely to care for my son with dignity and respect. Brightstar employees are pleasant to work with and genuinely caring and attentive.
