Steve comes to BrightStar Care with over 30 years of healthcare experience. Most recently he was the VP of Operations for Healogics, Inc.  He spent 22 years developing and operating Wound Care Centers for the treatment of Chronic Non-healing Wounds. Steve also has various experience managing physician practices in Primary Care, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Cardiology, Plastic Surgery and has developed and operated Ambulatory Surgery Centers. He has been a consultant for Ernst and Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers and has earned a master’s in Business Administration and a master’s in Healthcare Administration from St. Louis University.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Methodist College, Fayetteville, NC. After many years in corporate advertising and marketing, she decided to change her career path. She began her healthcare career in the Long-Term Care setting, and finally moved into homecare. Lori came to BrightStar with a positive hardworking attitude and has been promoted through the ranks to her current Director position. Lori and her husband Duane enjoy traveling and visiting her active-duty military son and his family in New Mexico.

Françoise has been a member of the Brightstar family since 2022.  Prior to her role as director of nursing, Françoise was the RN Case Manager at this Brightstar location.  Françoise earned her BSN from Wright State University in 2009 and has worked as a med-surg nurse and sexual assault nurse examiner at Miami Valley Hospital. Her favorite part of working in home health care is getting to know the clients on a personal level and work with some wonderful nurses and caregivers. Françoise and her husband, John are the proud parents of three daughters, one dog and three cats.  She loves to travel around the world, explore new foods and enjoy the company of her family.

Pam has 28 plus years in health care in practice management in a variety of settings. Pam developed a strong love for patients during the 15 years she worked in the mental health arena. She has realized the struggle that families have each day with finding care. Working at Brightstar gives her the opportunity to help families in their time of need. Pam’s favorite quote is “Don’t Aspire to Be the Best on the Team, Aspire to Be the Best for The Team” Pam and her husband David enjoy animals of all sizes and love to travel out west.

Melanie is a 2016 graduate of Youngstown State University, located in Youngstown Ohio. Prior to coming to work for BrightStar, Melanie worked in the food service industry as a leader for 12 years.  She currently lives in Centerville with her significant other.  Melanie is an avid Disney World lover, a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan and is a dedicated dog mom to her 3-year-old Dalmatian, Bruno.  She loves listening to Brandon Lake and Elevation Worship to feel connected to her faith throughout the day.
