Shannon’s goal is to help people live well with grace and dignity through listening and respecting each other; creating an environment that allows others to live life to the fullest as they write yet another very important chapter in their life.

Her vision is to help lead others to do right and to do the one thing that will make a difference in someone else’s life. Simple things such as always saying "hello" and  greeting residents and guests by name. She truly believes happiness can be richer when shared with others, especially as we walk with families through each new journey with genuine understanding and increasing support as their skills and responsibilities change.
