Regional Director of Sales and MarketingNationally licensed administrator for residential care. Experienced professional with 13 years in skilled nursing and long term care facilities at various levels. Extensive experience in managing all facets of business operations, sales and marketing techniques, and staff performance. Recognized for spearheading initiatives that focus on attaining strategic goals, fostering community development, and “making things happen”. Capable of building rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds, with the ability to thrive under high pressure and fast-paced environments.
Shannon strives to create a warm, comfortable community that enhances the lives of seniors and their families. Shannon’s goal is to help people live well with grace and dignity through listening and respecting each other; creating an environment that allows others to live life to the fullest as they write yet another very important chapter in their life.
Her vision is to help lead others to do right and to do the one thing that will make a difference in someone else’s life. Simple things such as always saying "hello" and greeting residents and guests by name. She truly believes happiness can be richer when shared with others, especially as we walk with families through each new journey with genuine understanding and increasing support as their skills and responsibilities change.
