A Reminder About The Longest Day: Have Fun and Do Good in Charlotte While Supporting Alzheimer's

June 10, 2018

The Longest Day is All About Love

Love for all those affected by Alzheimer's disease. On the summer solstice, team up with the Alzheimer’s Association and select any activity you love — or an activity loved by those affected — to help end Alzheimer’s Disease.
In celebration of the longest day, June 21st, a day for love and support for those living with Alzheimer’s and Brain Awarness, BrightStar Care of Charlotte encourages you to support the Western Carolina Chapter, one of over 70 Alzheimer's Association chapters serving communities across the United States.

How can you help?  DIY Events: Getting Started

Do you enjoy planning events for family, friends, and coworkers? Then we suggest planning a DIY Event.  No event is too big or too small! There are many ways to help raise funds and have fun.  For example, get together with neighbors, friends and co-workers to have a joint garage sale this summer. The possibilities are endless, and you get to create your own unique fundraising experience to support the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

BrightStar Care of Charlotte is here to help families with caregiving for loved ones living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
