From the initial phone call we have appreciated the professional and caring manner of all involved with BrightStar Care. Introduction and continuing email communication is clear. The match for our mother with her caregiver went above expectations. Current issues or concerns are proactively addressed by her caregiver. I have had the pleasure of working with the Brightstar staff and their caregivers over the last three years as a therapy professional. Rampi and her management team are invested in the safety and wellbeing of their caregivers and their clients, and they go above and beyond to create a culture of caring and excellence. I have been able to work with several of the caregivers on staff and have always been impressed with their compassion, thoroughness, and eagerness to better the lives of the clients they serve. Our Story

My journey into home care began over two decades ago when I first started working in an assisted living community during college. As I worked directly with residents and later advanced to roles in marketing, operations, and eventually becoming an Executive Director of a senior community, I gained an insider's view of the senior care industry. Through these experiences, I realized that many in-home care agencies were falling short of the quality standards that seniors truly deserve.

When my husband and I began exploring business opportunities, we discovered BrightStar Care - a franchise that immediately stood out with its higher standard of care. What captivated me most was their unique model of Registered Nurse oversight, ensuring that every single client receives a professionally crafted care plan. My background in senior living gave me the insight to recognize that BrightStar Care was different - they weren't just providing a service but truly committed to improving lives within the community.

Today, as the owner of two BrightStar Care locations in North Carolina, I remain deeply involved in our mission. I personally live and breathe our core values of Being Open and Positive, Serve with a Passion, Do the Right Thing, Do What You Say and Make it Great.
