At BrightStar Care S Charlotte, we are taking a moment to recognize Beth and the meaningful milestones she recently celebrated. Beth reached her two-year work anniversary with us on November 27 and celebrated her birthday on December 4. These moments highlight the time and care she has dedicated to our team and the families we serve.
Beth has been an important part of our organization in her role as Director of Nursing. She has supported our caregivers, contributed to our standards of care, and played a key part in shaping the environment our team works in each day. We appreciate the guidance and consistency she has brought to her role.
As Beth prepares to welcome her baby, she will be stepping down from her position as Director of Nursing during her maternity leave. We are thankful that she will remain with us in a new capacity as a Field Nurse. Her continued presence is something our team values, and we are glad she will still be part of our BrightStar Care S Charlotte community.
