Her career began at the age of 18, working as a caregiver while pursuing her undergraduate studies—a journey that has given her a hands-on, empathetic understanding of the care continuum. Her early experiences shaped her belief in dignity-driven service and laid the foundation for her operational leadership.
Over the years, Rampi has built her reputation by rising through the ranks in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities, eventually expanding her mission into the home care field.
