Our Son’s nurse, Lola, from BrightStar has been one of the greatest blessings for our family this year. She is competent, caring, thoughtful, and trustworthy. I could not recommend her highly enough, though I hope and pray that she is with us for years to come. We are so grateful!

Nikki is everything an in home caregiver should be. She punctual, reliable, and well trained in typical tasks such as transfers, body mechanics, keeping the patient clean and dressed, as well as helping to care for the home and any pets. She is a standout with all those aspects of her job . . . but she does so much more. She takes many initiatives that go above and beyond the basics of her job. She notices when things need to be done even when not being asked to do so. This is very helpful and makes a much more comfortable environment for the patient. It would be hard to list all of the ways in which she goes above and beyond the requirements of her job. For instance, one day I woke up from a nap to find out she had emptied my refrigerator and my freezer, cleaned up everything up and put everything back in a much more organized way, all without being asked. She cleans without me asking. She helps me with my laundry without me asking, and she always remembers how to do things the way I like them done. Additionally, she is very, very good and sweet to my pet and also helps me remember the things that my elderly cat needs for his own health. She reminds me of appointments and tasks that I need to do. On top of all of this, she is very, very good company. Nikki is a gem!!

Great company to work for the hours are so flexible I’m currently in school so I build my hours around that and these past weeks has been nothing but amazing and the clients that I’ve had the opportunity to work with this far all of them and their families have been wonderful and amazing two thumbs up for this company

Caregiver Virginia Hunt has been working with our mother who is 96 years old. Virginia is patient and very kind to Mom. She makes sure Mom eats at meals and has plenty of fluids. Virginia talks to both our parents and knows their history. She keeps our parents together at meals and ensures they sit next to each other. Virginia has a great grasp of Mom’s limitations and helps Mom stay engaged. We are very grateful for the care Virginia has taken with our Mom! She is truly outstanding.

Everyone was patient, caring and helpful in so many ways, they always had a smile and an enthusiasm in helping one feel better. The staff is also dedicated to helping you feel better; a real personal touch. Five stars for BrightStarCare!

Alexis was our first caregiver with BrightStar Care and she was a delight! As soon as she stepped in the door, I found her to be very personable. The questions/discussion we had showed how competent she is in her job. When I left, my husband was asleep. So I wasn't there to introduce Alexis to my husband. He did wake up while Alexis was here and Alexis took care of giving him his meds and preparing a snack for him. My husband reports they had a nice chat and she showed him pictures of her family. I would gladly have Alexis back in the future.

I've been working for Brightstar for 2 years. I just celebrated 40 years in nursing. I can say this is the best company I have worked for in my entire career. They are excellent client advocates. I have never worked for a company that is so supportive of their staff. I'll be retiring next year and my only regret is that I hadn't started working for Brightstar sooner
