  • Malina Rivers, R.N.

    Chief Operations Officer
For Malina Rivers, nursing has never just been a profession--it has always been a calling.  With more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, her career has been shaped by a deep commitment to serving others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.  That same commitment continues to guide her today in her role as Chief Operating Officer.

Malina's journey has been one of growth, curiosity, and vision.  Starting from a strong clinical foundation, she quickly became known not only for her clinical excellence but for her ability to see the bigger picture--understanding how care delivery, operations, and community connection all intersect.  Over time, she developed a reputation for pairing sharp business insight with a nurse's intuition, using both to identify opportunities for growth, strengthen operations, and expand access to care through intentional business development and community education.

What sets Malina apart is her ability to bring people together around a shared purpose.  She has built a team that does more than deliver care--they set the standard for it.  Under her leadership, that team consistently provides award-winning care not only to clients, but also to the employees who make that care possible.  She believes that when caregivers feel supported, valued, and inspired, the impact reaches far beyond the organization and into the community.

At the core of her leadership philosophy are three guiding principles:  clinical excellence, operational soundness, and scalable growth.  But for Malina, these are not just business strategies--they are tools to ensure that more people receive the care they deserve, in the way they deserve it.
