We have used Brightstar for the past two years and highly recommend them! They have been very accommodating and patient with changing schedules and countless questions. Our LO especially bonded with Octavia! She has been very patient, kind and attentive to our LO’s needs. The office staff is friendly and works hard to find your LO the right caregiver. Last but not least, the accounting department submitted invoices to insurance for us, which was a huge help!

Working with this place is the best! They really helped me get care for my grandma who just needed a friend. They were always professional and friendly. The pay was not bad at all for the amount of care and kindness they provided. Super amazing, and the director nurse Katie is so sweet and answered all my endless questions with kindness. I have heard so many things about this company, however, I can honestly say that this company is nothing short of amazing. I needed care for a family member and had a lot of questions regarding care and the quality of care that was going to be provided. Every person was extremely helpful and professional to me. On my loved ones birthday the office reached out personally to wish them a happy birthday, which not many places would do. They go the extra mile for the sake of treating everyone with kindness. The company is also very diverse in their office and field employees. Working with this company was the best thing I have ever done. Special thanks to the Community Outreach Director who called to follow up with how everything was going and putting my nerves at ease.

This company has the nicest of people who work there. They always answer the phone or call back within the hour. If they do not have the answer then they will find some to put me in touch with to help me. There are not a lot of places that truly care and this place truly cares about every person they come across. Cherelle was a very undependable aide. She is upset due to the fact clients asked for her not to come back to their home. I was in a group chat with her through work and she was very rude to Danielle and very problematic. Danielle is an amazing person to work with.
