Kudos for Leslie, our Bright Star caregiver. The Keurig decided to stop and require descaling. Following all the instructions, I still couldn't get it to reset. Leslie searched on line until she found someone who revealed a special button. Voila! Coffee pot reset and we are gleefully caffeinated again. Thank you, Leslie!

Yesterday Brenda came out and did an outstanding job. She was super helpful, intuitive, polite and caring. I 10/10 recommend Brenda! Today, Brenda couldn’t make it so Jolene came out. She is prompt, courteous, professional and always arrives on time with a smile on her face, and begins doing the things that need to be done.
