We love our caregiver Josh from Brightstar! He always arrives on time & smiling. My husband looks forward to his time with Josh & gets up early to be ready for his visits. Josh is helpful and polite, offering to help any time he sees a need.

Our beloved caregiver Kat is amazing and mom has adopted her as family she has become a friend and supports the needs in so many ways. My mother adores her and is sad on her days off. She is by far the best match for my mom. Great job.

Steve and the entire staff are very responsive in providing the necessary care for home healthcare, respite, wound care and physical therapy. They offered more capabilities than other companies we've had in the past. They helped with weekends and I can contact them after hours as well. They maintain great communication with us and work hard to meet our schedule, assure qualified, responsible, and caring personnel to help with our needs.

BrightStar allowed my family to bring our mom home to pass peacefully in her own home. They rearranged schedules to accommodate the last minute admission. And even though we only needed them less than 24 hours, I felt as though everyone we worked with cared about our family and needs. The night aid stayed at our side and I think that was one of the more restful sleeps I had been able to have in a week. The day aid was gentle and was right there when we needed her and in the shadows but within reach when we didn't. I couldn't ask for better people to work with in our time of need!

My mother has been a client of Bright Star’s since 2016, and they are AMAZING. So caring, so flexible, so involved but only as much as you want then to be. They work with not only the client but also the family, and I can honestly say the staff have become friends! My mother became extremely ill with COVID last year and without Bright Star she would not have made it as I live out of state. I am forever grateful to them for their empathetic and comprehensive care and communication, from the owner all the way down. HIGHLY recommended!!

They always send wonderful caregivers that understand what our needs are. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

To begin with, I've had two other previous home Healthcare agencies. Of which I've found that their staff were incompetent. Their caregivers did not come up to standard. Some of them were potty mouths and would rather sit around instead of helping me with my problems. When I began with BrightStar, initially, I was contacted by their nurse to diagnose what my problems were. Other staff from Brightstar also came to assess my needs. I was assigned my caregiver. Her name is Heaven. And she really lives up to her name. She's always happy, energetic, one word phenomenal. She is with me four days a week, and the other caregivers can sometimes be random. Heaven is so efficient that it would be hard to compare, however, if I make a call to Brightstar, they take care of your needs immediately. When you get older, your memory is not as sharp as it used to be. Sometimes I would call two times a day to figure out my schedule when it is right in front of my nose. I believe I have spoke to everyone in their office at one time or another. One day, I had the pleasure to talk to a gentleman named Steve. He was so cordial and kind and attentive. I later found out that he was the boss. With a gentleman like that, it's no wonder that he hand picks his staff. It was such a pleasure to talk to him. I can only say that I feel Brightstar is a 10+ star rating in my eyes. Now, mind you, I'm at 3-tour Vietnam veteran. My services are coordinated through the VA. I'm an old ranger, and I'm not the kind of guy that passes out flowers, but I am extremely happy with Brightstar and I will recommend them to anybody who needs that type of service Sincerely, John Elliott.

Due to some recent changes, we have experienced improved service, communication and consistency. We have also appreciated BrightStar’s efforts to ensure staff competency. Customer/patient service feels like a priority, now. The healthcare workers helping us, at this point, are wonderful and caring. Hoping to keep this trend going—thank you to everyone at BrightStar!

Everything that the BrightStar Care staff has been acceptable. my caregivers are officiant attentive to my needs and they all appreciate my humor. My regular caregiver Aaron goes above and beyond the call of duty. when i move if there is a BrightStar available i will be using their service there.
