BrightStar has come through for us in every way. Not only have they been able to provide us outstanding caretakers, but the back office scheduling and billing has been a pleasure to deal with. I can’t believe what an incredible and compassionate team everyone who I have come across as I manage my mom’s post stroke care. Lilly is exceptional with monitoring and supporting my mom’s progress. I am so grateful to the staff at BrightStar. Bonnie is extraordinary in overseeing every detail for my daughter’s care. Jacqueline, Olivia, Nadine and Eileen go above and beyond to make sure she has the assistance needed. They are kind & patient w/ her & me (I’m always in the background). The sincere care shown by each is appreciated beyond measure. I know she’s safe & well looked after in their hands.

BrightStar Elder Care has been a truly positive experience. Barbara, who coordinates care, is an incredible matchmaker—she takes the time to really listen and understand your needs. She’s very accommodating and dedicated to finding the right fit for each situation. Every caregiver she has matched us with—Brooke, Merika, Zarahi, and Yanely—has been caring, efficient, and genuinely compassionate. My mom has received wonderful care, and it has made all the difference to have a team that not only does their jobs well, but does so with kindness. I’m not usually a fan of agencies, but Barbara and her team at BrightStar have completely changed my perspective. I highly recommend their services and will absolutely continue working with them in the future.
