Our experience with BrightStar and our Caregiver, Bryann, has been excellent. The Caregiver/Care-recipient relationship is highly personal and is usually only sought out in precarious situations, making it all the more important. BrightStar matched us with exactly the right Caregiver for my Mother-in-Law and our family. We look forward to seeing her everyday!

Having an out of town wedding is stressful. Having your 89-year old mom cared for by watchful, caring staff was everything we had hoped for. Arlene R showed up on time and appropriately dressed for both the rehearsal dinner and the next day for the wedding. She quickly connected with mom and myself (with the long list of requirements) giving me confidence that mom would be in good hands over the next two days. This included driving mom back to the hotel, staying with her and ensuring she received her meds overnight. After I first contacted BrightStar, Barbara W contacted me and was clear their capabilities and costs. She arranged for a call once Arlene accepted the assignment, giving me confidence in both the office coordination and in Arlene's professionalism. Thank you Arlene and thank you BrightStar team.

I had the pleasure of receiving care from Aracely through Brightstar Care and I couldn’t have asked for better assistance. Aracely was incredibly reliable and compassionate. She helped with my daily needs, such as cleaning, doing laundry, and assisting me with putting on my shoes. She also accompanied me to my appointments, which was a great comfort. Her attention to detail and genuine care made my life much easier and more enjoyable.

All of the caregivers from BrightStar have been uniformly good, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Ivy who, quite literally, treats my mother as if she were her own! In the moderate/late stages of Alzheimer’s, mom can be quite difficult but Ivy remains unphased, is extremely attentive and has a knack for making mom comfortable & happy. Ivy has an infectious exuberance, she is always smiling and brings a much welcomed warmth and levity to mom’s home. We always look forward to her visits, she is an absolute gem!

My grandmother is being taken care of by a wonderful young lady named Yanely N! She is very patient and kind with her at all times! She has brought her many smiles. My family feels like we have really been blessed with having her here.
