HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A CAREGIVER?
I’ve been a professional caregiver for 2 years and 2 months, and every day continues to remind  me why I love this work.
 

WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO BECOME A CAREGIVER?
I wanted to help others navigate challenging times while making a meaningful difference in their lives. Being able to provide support, comfort, and efficiency for clients has always inspired me.
 

WHAT ASPECT OF YOUR JOB ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?
I love getting to know my clients on a personal level and encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones, helping them experience joy and independence in new ways.
 

HOW ARE YOU MAKING THINGS MORE POSSIBLE FOR YOUR BRIGHTSTAR CLIENTS?
I always go the extra mile—whether it’s providing a listening ear, anticipating needs, or offering that little bit of extra support to make their day easier and brighter.
 

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR OTHER CAREGIVERS?
Focus on your patient’s needs first, and always make them feel secure and safe. Compassion and attentiveness make all the difference.
 

HOW DO YOU RE-ENERGIZE?
I make sure to get enough rest, and I enjoy hiking and spending summer days at the beach to recharge both physically and mentally.
 

DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE CAREGIVER MOMENT OR STORY?
Yes! I once took a client out for a ride so she could enjoy her favorite flavor of ice cream. Seeing her light up and enjoy that simple joy was priceless ❤️.
