I love connecting with talented individuals and providing them with opportunities that align their interests, skills, and career goals. I find fulfillment in helping them navigate their career paths and seeing them succeed in roles where they thrive and make a difference to people’s lives. Being a recruiter allows me to make a positive impact on both candidates and the clients we match them with.
WHAT ASPECT OF YOUR JOB ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?

I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections between candidates and clients and finding a match that benefits both the clients as well as the company. It’s very rewarding to witness the positive impact of these connections as individuals flourish in roles where they can truly excel and contribute to the success of the BSC organization.

I leverage knowledge and employ a personalized approach to understand their needs and preferences. Additionally, I support HR throughout the hiring process, to ensure smooth and successful recruitment experience.
WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR CAREGIVERS?

My only advice for caregivers is to prioritize self-care as it is essential for your well-being. Seek support and take time for yourself regularly to prevent burnout.

The best story was when I hired someone who I did not expect to excel. She’s very low-key and quiet, she listens and is always on the go. Nothing is impossible when you work hard to succeed.
HOW DO YOU RE-ENERGIZE?

Spending quality time with my loved ones, having a meaningful conversation, sharing a meal, and connecting with those who uplift and support me replenish my energy and uplift my spirit. Also, when my team recognizes me for my efforts. ❤
