BrightStar provided an overnight aide to stay with my 90-year-old mom when we needed coverage for a few nights. Amy Levine was responsive and professional from start to finish, addressing my questions and making the process go very smoothly.

BrightStar Care of New Brunswick was amazing. I would give. 10 star rating if it was available. My husband has dementia, OCD, diabetes and a 10 year survivor of pancreatic cancer. Amy Levine arranged Veronica to stay with him for 3 nights. Veronica entered our apartment with grace, kindness and extremely capable. I left for a family reunion 6 hours away and didn’t have to worry about his meds, insulin. She couldn’t administer these meds but reminded him. She watched over him like a mother hen. She called us when she got home Sunday night and then again on Tuesday to make sure he was good and to say hello. I am grateful for my short getaway and highly recommend BrightStar. We had an excellent experience with Brightstar two different times in supporting my parent after a return from a surgery and a hospital stay. Aides were supportive and kind. Administration and staff was easy to work with and flexible.

Brightstar provided coverage to remove a catheter in our community on a holiday weekend. The nurse was very professional and accommodating. We will use Brightstar again. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the care my mother has received from Brightstar. She has had a wonderful aide who has been extremely caring and sensitive to my mother's needs. When taking care of the frail and elderly, it's always important to be supportive and encouraging. My mother's aide has shown great compassion and communication skills. She has reached out to my family and shared medical concerns relating to my mother. I also found Amy, and other staff at Brightstar extremely responsive to the changing needs of a patient. They always seemed able to find knowledgeable and caring aides. I am very pleased with the care they have provided, and highly recommend Brightstar!!
