BrightStar staff came quickly and made the process easy when my husband transitioned from a skilled nursing facility to home. The health aid was very pleasant and helpful. We will call them again if needed.

BrightStar Care has been excellent. They responded so quickly when needed, brought out all of the needed forms and made sure everything was explained and fully handled. The home health aides were professional and very pleasant. If the need arises again, we will call BrightStar Care.

A few months ago, BrightStar sent a wonderful caregiver named Quisha to come to my aunt's house and help her with her daily needs. My aunt just loves her and she is such a positive influence in her life...such a Blessing! I feel confident when "Q" is there that my aunt is well taken care of and is safe. She has a heart of an angel and we appreciate her more than words can say!!

My father was very ill (Hospice) and he wished to be home and we hired Bright Star and could not have been any happier! Our first contact was with Roxy and she was wonderful. She is full of knowledge and kept in touch with us as we had met with her about a month prior to hiring the company. When we decided to hire Bright Star it was last minute, and everything ran smoothly, and Roxy met with us the night before. She always made herself available to our family. BrightStar has been providing excellent support for a family member for 8 months. We started with 12-hour coverage and now have 24-hour caregivers. The scheduling staff does an excellent job of fitting the caregiver to the client then responds promptly if there might be a fit doesn't work. The office manager Wendy has gone above and beyond with making visits to my family member just to check in to see how the caregivers are working out with the client. She is in constant contact with me to make sure I'm pleased with how things are going. If I have a concern, she's there for me to reassure me that all is as it should be. I appreciate the care my loved one is receiving from BrightStar.
