I am new to the world of finding homecare for a loved one. BrightStar Care Edmond was recommended to me by a close friend. Their staff was immediately very helpful, kind, patient and understood my wishes and needs for the care of my husband. I have been very pleased with the young lady (her name is Sara) that has been assigned to us. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring and created a wonder rapport with my husband and me. My parents are both getting excellent care 5 days a week from Brightstar. The private duty worker we have is a very hard worker and is super patient and caring. She does a fantastic job of communicating any health concerns and also lets me know what items they are running low on which is such a help! The office staff has been great to work with.
