I am a totally blind 70 year old Vietnam vet and with a lot of internal health issues like congestive heart failure, back problems, and kidney failure. I have home based primary care which requires a care provider and I chose BrightStar Care which has worked with me to find me a caregiver that fits my needs. Im currently getting 36hours a week and my caregiver Tiana Fulton has been the sunshine in my days we laugh, joke, cook and go for walks. She gets me to my medical appointments on time without missing any of them and does my errands without any issues. I salute the BrightStar office staff in OKC in there ability to quickly address my concerns and professionalism when helping me in a quickly manner.

Zkirah has gone above and beyond her call of duties she very helpful I TRULY APPRECIATE HER.

My mother, Glenda, receives services through BrightStar, and her aide, Holly, has been a wonderful addition to her care. Holly is always on time, extremely caring, attentive to my mother’s needs, and very friendly. She treats my mother with kindness and compassion, which means so much to me. She’s also great with our dog Daisy, Daisy absolutely loves her! We truly appreciate Holly and the excellent care and support she provides.

I have been blessed to have had the care & assistance of Shatina Sayles for over 3 years. She is a wonderful person and most knowledgeable and experienced CNA whose honesty & integrity are beyond reproach. She has been instrumental in my recovery from a stroke and major back surgeries with skilled care and most uplifting demeanor! Shatina will be sorely missed as she begins to complete her studies to become a Registered Nurse!

Brightstar was very professional on time and sent me very nice people. I would use again if I needed nursing visits.

Great agency with amazing professional staff who are patient and kind with dad. One of dad’s caregivers (Danielle) went above and beyond on several occasions, and i am so grateful she is his caregiver. On one occasion, she stayed past her shift to help assist us getting dad to the ER. More recently, we discovered dad’s wedding ring was missing (last seen two days before her shift) & he was upset. He had a terrible bathroom accident & i thought he flushed it down the toilet (he has dementia). When i briefed danielle about dad losing his ring, she, offered to dig through the garbage to make sure it was not thrown away during the cleaning process). She went through the trash (which included the soiled items) and found dad’s wedding ring wrapped in a Kleenex). We were so grateful that Brightstar has such wonderful staff!

Jaden does great. She loves animals, and never misses a day. No one else can have her
