Monalisa has been with us for a couple of years now. There are no words to express how happy and thankful I am to have a person with the level of experience and professionalism that Monalisa brings to this job. But beyond being a professional, she brings a human element that makes everything work. I am so happy to have her on my team, helping to care for my husband, who is totally bedridden. Monalisa is a person who raises the bar and makes everyone around her better. BrightStar is very lucky to have her and we are as well. Thank you Monalisa for being who you are.

My husband's caregiver, Cynthia A, is an amazing person beyond being the best caregiver we could request. My husband is a paraplegic and Cynthia does more for him than what is probably required. She always ensures he is dressed neatly, has a warm breakfast and even is willing to change her schedule to accommodate his hobbies and sports. She is always prompt and ever so pleasant to be around. It would be a very sad day if we were to lose Cynthia.

Queen has been an absolute BLESSING to our family. I wouldnt be able to take care of my grandparents without her so we are very grateful for her and brightstar. My grandparents aren’t the easiest patients but Queen takes care of everything better than we can even ask. Another great caregiver we have had is Kendra. Between Queen and Kendra we have had a great experience with brightstar.

Trang Nguyen Trang is a wonderful person and an asset to BrightStar. We enjoy and appreciate having her help us.

Jessica J is awesome! She takes great care of my mom! She is patient with her, does what my mom asks of her (and what she doesn't), and makes sure she gets out of her home at times.
