I have been with BrightStar Care for 11 years in March. I have been in the home health care field for a total of 15 years. I started as a Pharmacy Technician and then shifted my focus to Medical Secretary. After school, I worked in case management handling billing aspects for providers to consumers 60 and older. I enjoyed the interaction with the providers on a day to day basis assisting with claim issues. I eventually sought a position with BrightStar Care, where I have now been since March 2009. I enjoy the ability to help individuals remain safe and independent in their own home. In my free time, I spend it with my daughter (Rylee)  and family & friends.

I am the Branch Manager of the Erie Office,  I have been with BrightStar for 7 years.  I started with BrightStar in 2012 as a field employee and in 2014 was the companies Community Liaison.  In 2017, I was offered the position of the Branch Manager and am very grateful to be in this position. Having the previous experience of working in the field allows me to reach out and connect with our clients on a more personal level, I understand more about their needs and wants and strive for a way to make that happen for them.  BrightStar’s core values are near and dear to my heart. I am open and positive. I serve with a passion, make it great and always do the right thing. 

I am the Billing Specialist at BrightStar Care of Erie. I am new to the BrightStar team and have enjoyed my time here thus far. I am grateful for this opportunity to explore the healthcare field with my Communications Degree. I love doing the behind the scenes work for all the clients, while also being able to connect with them and help in any way I can. Working for BrightStar Care has been nothing short of amazing and I am thankful to be working for a company with such passion for their clients.

BrightStar Home Care of Erie proudly provides support for the elderly and children, including 24 hour skilled nursing and support in senior independent and assisted living communities. Additionally we provide Medical Staffing and In-Home Physical Therapy for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, Companion and Personal Care for Elders with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. We also provide Home Child Care, Sitter and Nanny services for Children and Support for New Mothers.  We Support Veterans and Accept most Long Term Care Insurance benefits, Medicaid, provide Hospice care, Live-in care, CNA, Caregiver, RN, LVN, RN Supervision, Compassionate Care, and Compatibility Guarantees. Other services include safe discharge and transportation from the hospital or rehab facility, Post Op care both short and long term, Pre Operation and preparation help and assistance, and client monitoring for out of town family members.  Our service area includes Erie County and North Central Crawford County including East Springfield, Albion, Saegertown, Cambridge Springs, Rockdale Acres, Union City, West Greene, Corry, North East, Harbor Creek, Wesleyville, Lawrence Park, and neighboring cities.
