2020 Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month In Fairfax

June 10, 2020

Supporting Alzheimer’s in Our Community

BrightStar Care of Fairfax has been a longtime supporter of the Alzheimer Association and The Walk to End Alzheimer's.

We’re not walking in 2020, but we’re still supporting The Alzheimer Association.  We will miss this year's walk due to the pandemic, and ask all our friends who have supported the Walk To End Alzheimer's to go online this year and see all the great ways to participate and help in finding a cure for this awful disease.

We’re sharing photos of our past walks as a reminder of what will come, and in anticipation of seeing you at the walk next year!

Let’s Go Purple! #ENDALZ

Get Ready for THE LONGEST DAY On June 20, 2020— the summer solstice — let’s come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer's with an at-home or online fundraising activity of your choice. Whether it's creating a putt-putt course in the living room, starting a workout challenge on social media, or hosting a trivia night via video conference, nearly any activity can be adjusted for physical distancing!
