April has been great to work with in scheduling my pre and post op schedule, helping make me feel heard and appreciated as a client, and understanding my needs at home! When she calls I know she is smiling and that is a huge thing when you are in pain. Courtney got my hours approved very quickly and my care givers have been very helpful and sensitive to me and my Healthcare needs. Tina and Jasmine are so knowledgeable when it comes to my care and that means so much! Asking for help is hard for me, but they all make me a priority and remind me it's okay to ask for help.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brightstar on 2 seperate occasions. They were fantastic! They were reliable and the associates were like family. Both instances were were an immediate need and Brightstar was able to get staff together and provide care same day.
