This is my second 5 star review for BrightStar Care of Frisco! Thank you for the phenomenal care you provide. Our mom is very happy as are we, the compassionate and exceptional caregiver care. We give a huge shout out to caregiver Dela, she is very kind, compassionate, helpful, caring, and our mom is very happy with her caregiver services. Dela goes above and beyond to provide the best care for our mom, especially helping her with her doctor’s appointments! It begs repeating. our mom is very pleased, as are we, with BrightStar Care of Frisco... and we highly recommended! Thank you BrightStar Care of Frisco!

I am very pleased with BrightStar Home Care. I have been receiving care from BrightStar actually since 2019. My current nurse Raquelle has been my nurse for over a year now. Raquelle is absolutely amazing--she is punctual and professional and extremely attentive to patient preferences. She also is one of the most educated nurses in sterile dressing changes. As a whole, what I appreciate most about BrightStar is the consistency--consistency of care. I appreciate the fact that I am assigned a consistent schedule and a consistent nurse. I value the quality of care BrightStar provides. Thanks to Raquelle for all her hard work and to the office staff behind the scenes for your hard work! Keep up the quality of excellence!

Miss Pam is a wonderful person. Her personality is over-the-top. She has very good customer service abilities, and know how to communicate. She makes you feel welcome and very important. I think her with all my heart.

I had an amazing young lady as my home healthcare, she went above and beyond to take the best care of me, I am so pleased with everything thing she did, I would highly recommend Brightstar❤️❤️

I have been getting IVIG infusions for Myasthenia Gravis for almost 8 years. Almost 4 years ago my insurance company started using Brightstar. I had a couple different nurses come in to give me the infusions. Finally, right before the Covid pandemic, Jodie Wilkinson was assigned to me. She has been my nurse ever since then. I have had many nurses since starting home infusions, but Jodie has been the best. Getting an IV in place has been a real challenge through the years, and Jodie suggested a port. I had one put in which has made it so much easier, but without Jodie’s encouragement I probably wouldn’t have done it. Jodie is very professional and meticulous in her job, and also a very friendly and fun person to be with. My whole family has claimed her as part of our family. We enjoy the time she is here for two days every three weeks. Once she gets the IV going each day and finished her paperwork we have time to enjoy visiting and watching tv. We always have a series going that we just watch when she is here so we can enjoy it together. I am so glad Brightstar sent me a nurse who is also now a friend. Jodie is an excellent nurse and a great asset to Brightstar and to me.

We had a Fantastic experience with Bright star care. Our family suffered a tragic car accident eight weeks ago. We lost our daughter in the accident. The four of us that survived were in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. I had really bad burns on my leg, and it was nice to have someone come to the house to help me do the dressing changes. She was so attentive, caring, and really put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend Bright star care

My nurse was excellent! Very knowledgeable, caring and professional. It was a pleasure to have her, highly recommend!

The nurse Jackie was excellent! She took the time out to listen to my issues with me being a high risk patient. She even would help me with any extra saline solution that she had in her bag as well as any extra gauze that I needed. She was always on top of everything I might need. She even picked me up after my second surgery even though she had got a new job! I appreciate everything she has done for me- thank you Jackie once again!!!

We can’t thank Nurse Adriane enough for the wonderful care she provided to our son after his surgery. We are so glad that we were referred to BrightStar and couldn’t be happier with the care provided the last 4 months. Thank you!

My physical therapist from Brightstar was patient, kind, had empathy and answer every questions we had. He went into details about each exercises. He made my therapy tolerable and enable me to feel secure and safe. Because of his high quality of care it allowed me to move easier under his instructions. I highly recommend him to everyone.
