The staff was extremely helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized about the process of home healthcare. They care about their employees and their customers. Changing my son's infusions to home therapy was a very frustrating process until I spoke with John at Bright Star. He eased my anxieties and was available for any assistance I needed to complete this transition. I can not thank Rae enough for all she has done to coordinate my son's infusions, schedule RNs to administer his treatment, help to track down medication all while maintaining constant communication with my son, in Gainesville and myself - a mom who is 5 hours away, in Broward County. As we work towards another transition of care, back home for the summer, Rae has been instrumental in facilitating and aiding this transition. I am so grateful to John and Ray for all the care and concern they have given my son and me.

BrightStar Care provided exceptional customer service and customized solution options to my team on short notice. Although we ended up finding an alternative resolution, the professionalism and kindness of those involved in the process from start to finish was above and beyond expectations. BrightStar in Gainesville Fl are a bright star in my health care journey. I was really nervous about a new infusion team. But Jhanele and then Director of Nursing, Rae, were absolutely phenomenal. They were patient with me. They brought a pack of PPE. Prior to infusion day, R we made sure that all equipment and supplies had arrived to my home. Nurse Jhanele is full of compassion and skill. I am so glad for my new team.
