Jonathan graduated from Bethel University with a BA in Political Science in 1984.His interests have always been in serving others. Jonathan volunteered for 9 years with the Geneva Emergency Services and Disaster Agency with a final rank of First Lieutenant. During this time, he began working in sales and moved into management. Eventually, Jonathan had the opportunity to become part owner of a company in Chicago where he stayed for 13 years. Jonathan was first exposed to Brightstar as a client. He and his wife were caregiving for her parents who were both on hospice. They used Brightstar to enable us to get some rest at night. Two years later, in 2012 he had the opportunity to join BrightStar Care as a Branch Manager in Illinois. Jonathan became Vice President of Operations in 2013 and remained there until March of 2021 when he had the opportunity to partner in a new BrightStar Care location in Gainesville, Florida. His motivation stems from knowing he has the opportunity “Make More Possible” and serve those in need daily.

Susan was born in Connecticut, and raised in Miami, Florida.  She lived in Tennessee for about seven years.  In 2002 her husband was offed a position in Gainesville, Florida so they took the opportunity to come back to Florida. She graduated from St. Thomas University with a bachelor’s degree Human Resources.  Susan has over twenty-five years of administrative and human resources experience.  She is new to the medical field and is very excited to learn and grow with Brightstar Care.

Susan likes refinishing furniture, working out (weight training), running and mountain biking with her husband. She loves being outdoors gardening, landscaping and bird watching.

Rayneisha was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. She moved to Florida in 2020. Rayneisha has been a nurse for 5 years and started in the healthcare field as a care giver in a group home and as a nursing assistant for six years before starting her nursing career as an LPN. After working as an LPN for two years, she returned to school to complete her Registered Nurse Degree. During her nursing career she has worked in home care, assisted living, clinic, and medical daycare. Rayneisha's hobbies include traveling, soaking up the sun on different beaches, and spending time with family.

Nicole is from the small town of Starke, Florida. She graduated from Bradford High School with Honors, studying Criminal Justice. Nicole is an Alumni of “Take Stock in Children” Scholarship program which she received in 6^th grade for academics. After graduation she attended Florida Gateway College in Lake City, Florida where she completed both Law Enforcement and Correctional Officer training. Nicole changed fields in 2016 and became a Mental Health Tech for 6 years using her C.N.A. and Phlebotomy Certifications. She enjoys working with others and helping in any way she can. Nicole is an entrepreneur with her own Massage business. She is also the mother to a one-year-old that motivates her to keep reaching for the stars. She strives to always put her best foot forward while finding the positive in any negative situation. Nicole is excited to bring her talents and skills to the BrightStar team. She thinks BrightStar is the perfect place to let her light shine while aiding those in need daily.
