Steve brings a lifetime of experience in healthcare, leadership, and service to his role, along with a genuine passion for caring for others. He and his wife Dana recently relocated to the western United States after spending more than 50 years in Iowa, where they built both their family and their careers. He and his wife Dana have four sons and 4 grandchildren.

As a licensed physical therapist, Steve dedicated his career to helping people live healthier, more independent lives. Together, he and Dana grew their physical therapy practice from a single clinic into 14 locations, eventually merging with a larger organization in 2018. Steve continued to play an instrumental role in expanding that company to nearly 70 locations across multiple states, always with a focus on quality care and meaningful patient relationships.

At the heart of Steve’s work is a simple philosophy: treat every client and team member like family. He is deeply committed to providing compassionate, dependable, and “above and beyond” service—values that are especially important when caring for individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys staying active, exploring the beauty of the western U.S., and cheering on his two sons in their basketball careers at the collegiate and professional levels. Most of all, he treasures time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Dana, our Chief Financial Officer and co‑owner, brings more than three decades of comprehensive financial expertise to the organization. Her background spans public accounting, business valuation, auditing, and financial management. She has worked as a certified public accountant and has held key leadership roles, including Executive Accountant and Controller within healthcare and therapy organizations. In these positions, she oversaw budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Known for her precision, professionalism, and strong analytical skills, Dana supports organizational goals with a methodical, solutions‑oriented approach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a double major in Finance.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family—including her four sons, their wives, and her grandchildren. She loves traveling, walking, and occasionally hiking, always finding opportunities to stay active and explore new places.

Jocelyn is our Director of Nursing. She started her nursing career at Mayo Clinic on the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit and spent 6 years as a bedside nurse working nights. Eventually she found her way to home health and over the last 4 years has worked at a couple different agencies in the valley, gaining more home health knowledge, skills and experience which included precepting new nurses in the field. She thrives on teaching and training and moved into a Nurse Educator/Clinical Supervisor role which included being a patient liaison for the infusion pharmacy. She loves being able to support the nurses as well as help them grow in their own careers.

Outside of work Jocelyn is a proud mother to a 17-year-old daughter who aspires to play basketball in college and pursue a career in sports medicine or physical therapy. She enjoys spending quality time with her family playing cards, board games, painting, and cooking. In her downtime she enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend playing a variety of video games. She also has four dogs and a cat. Recently, she has started teaching one of her dogs ASL and hand signals. Jocelyn is passionate about powerlifting and has competed in several powerlifting competitions, where she has broke state records. 

With a robust background spanning 13 years in acute care nursing and home health, Katie possesses a unique blend of expertise. Her extensive experience equips her to effectively address the chronic health requirements of our patients while remaining attentive to emergent acute situations and adeptly managing them. Though her journey began in hospital settings, she found her true passion in home health. Katie's goal is to uphold safe patient practices and deliver care that exceeds expectations, ensuring optimal well-being for those under our care.

Eva is a skilled Customer Care Manager with 10 years of customer service experience and 8 years of healthcare experience. Previously, she worked in primary care as a scheduling lead and an activities coordinator at an assisted living facility where she found her passion for working with the elderly and disabled. Her goal is to coordinate high quality, compassionate homecare for our clients.

Cathy has 26 years of healthcare experience with having been a CNA, LPN, and a scheduler. She started in 1990 as a CNA before taking 8 years off to build and run a Limo company. Through this experience, she gained extensive knowledge of the valley and the time and distance to get from place to place. All these skills help her to understand and be able to see the needs of both clients and caregivers. Cathy is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the highest quality care by supporting and empowering caregivers to meet each client’s needs with compassion and excellence.

April is a customer care manager with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She is deeply committed to helping others and is driven to achieve excellence each day, making her career both meaningful and fulfilling. April looks forward to collaborating with and supporting everyone on the team.
