Dana, our Chief Financial Officer and co‑owner, brings more than three decades of comprehensive financial expertise to the organization. Her background spans public accounting, business valuation, auditing, and financial management. She has worked as a certified public accountant and has held key leadership roles, including Executive Accountant and Controller within healthcare and therapy organizations. In these positions, she oversaw budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Known for her precision, professionalism, and strong analytical skills, Dana supports organizational goals with a methodical, solutions‑oriented approach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a double major in Finance.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family—including her four sons, their wives, and her grandchildren. She loves traveling, walking, and occasionally hiking, always finding opportunities to stay active and explore new places.

With a robust background spanning 13 years in acute care nursing and home health, Katie possesses a unique blend of expertise. Her extensive experience equips her to effectively address the chronic health requirements of our patients while remaining attentive to emergent acute situations and adeptly managing them. Though her journey began in hospital settings, she found her true passion in home health. Katie's goal is to uphold safe patient practices and deliver care that exceeds expectations, ensuring optimal well-being for those under our care.

Eva is a skilled Customer Care Manager with 10 years of customer service experience and 8 years of healthcare experience. Previously, she worked in primary care as a scheduling lead and an activities coordinator at an assisted living facility where she found her passion for working with the elderly and disabled. Her goal is to coordinate high quality, compassionate homecare for our clients.

Cathy has 26 years of healthcare experience with having been a CNA, LPN, and a scheduler. She started in 1990 as a CNA before taking 8 years off to build and run a Limo company. Through this experience, she gained extensive knowledge of the valley and the time and distance to get from place to place. All these skills help her to understand and be able to see the needs of both clients and caregivers. Cathy is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the highest quality care by supporting and empowering caregivers to meet each client’s needs with compassion and excellence.

April is a customer care manager with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She is deeply committed to helping others and is driven to achieve excellence each day, making her career both meaningful and fulfilling. April looks forward to collaborating with and supporting everyone on the team.
