Yes, our caregivers and clinicians are W-2 employees, and our agency maintains insurance and bonding coverage for its care staff. This means our care team is employed directly by BrightStar Care of Grapevine, not as independent contractors.

We monitor quality and clinical care with registered nurse oversight from our Director of Nursing, who supervises and guides individualized care plans, documentation reviews, employee competency checks, ongoing training, and clinical standards. 

In addition, employees receive ongoing training and, when appropriate, complete competency evaluations, skills demonstrations, and skills sign-offs to confirm they are prepared to perform the duties required for their home care assignments.
