James is the proud owner of BrightStar Care of Grapevine, Southlake and Keller, where he empowers each and every team member to provide the highest quality-of-care possible. In his role, he oversees and supports the team in all aspects of the day-to-day operations while educating the local community about home health services and insurance benefits. James has a passion to serve and is an integral part of the local healthcare and senior community. 

In his free time, James enjoys fishing, golfing and hiking. His passion to serve also extends to his country - James is currently an Officer for the United States Navy Reserve based in Fort Worth. He lives in Flower Mound with his wife and co-owner Helen, their daughter and dog.

Carolyn is a trained RN with over 40 years of experience and serves as our Director of Nursing. She is responsible for quality of care, managing nurses and caregiver staff for our team so that they can deliver the highest quality of care to our community. She personally oversees the Plan of Care development to ensure every patient receives exactly the type of services they need. 

Carolyn enjoys travel, cruising, gardening and lives with husband Lee in Flower Mound. She has 1 son Joshua,1 stepdaughter Meredith (Richard), and 3 grandchildren, Alex, Elizabeth and Christian.

Ande serves as our Branch Manager at BrightStar Care, a leading provider of skilled and unskilled care services for individuals. With a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, Ande's leadership is instrumental in ensuring that we deliver compassionate and high-quality care to our clients.

Having previously worked as a licensed nurse, Ande brings a deep understanding of healthcare dynamics, clinical expertise and commitment to providing personalized care. In her role, Ande oversees Operations with a focus on enhancing service delivery, fostering team collaboration, and maintaining the highest standards of care. Her passion for making a difference in people's lives is evident in every aspect of her work.

Ande's blend of clinical expertise, managerial acumen, and compassionate approach truly exemplifies BrightStar Care's mission of providing exceptional care and support to individuals and families in need. In her spare time Ande enjoys spending time with her husband of 20yrs and their children.

Amber brings over 8 years of experience in administration, management, and client services to her role as Client Care Manager. She previously served as a caregiver in her home state Arkansas before she took on more managerial responsibilities and started coordinating care. With a strong background in team coordination, and customer-focused care, she excels in building relationships, streamlining operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Amber is known for her creative problem-solving, organizational excellence, and unwavering commitment to client well-being. She has a heart for all our caregivers and will ensure to find you the right match for your care. 

Amber lives in Arlington with her two beautiful children.

Jodi, LVN serves as the Clinical Operations Manager at our company, overseeing the intake process, managing authorizations, and fostering relationships with case managers. Her role is essential in ensuring our field team operates smoothly and efficiently, serving as a pivotal point of contact within the office. With a deep commitment to excellence, she takes pride in enhancing our service delivery and streamlining operations to better serve our clients. 

Outside of work, she is passionate about CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, which keep her energized and focused. She and her husband cherish cheering on their three daughters in their various activities and are proud residents of Denton, TX, where they have built their home and life for the past 21 years. She is also actively involved in her local church, contributing to our community and finding great fulfillment in helping others.

Terri serves as our Operations Manager. She assists the team in revenue-cycle operations from payer relations, scheduling, coding, billing, AP/AR management, and Payroll. To include tasks such as billing patients for administered care, handling incoming payments, calculating patient co-pay responsibilities, and tracking accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.

Terri enjoys spending time with her 2 grandbabies, camping, golfing, and starting every day at the gym. She lives in Flower Mound with her husband Kevin and their lab, Tank.
