Troy Dahman, a native of Refugio, Texas, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare sector. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waldorf University, Troy excels in management, technical writing, healthcare management, and business process improvement.

Currently serving as the Human Resources and Business Development Manager at BrightStar Care for over 4 years, Troy oversees recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Troy's career includes leadership positions such as Center Director at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., and Grifols, where he demonstrated proficiency in managing operations, P&L, community relations, and regulatory compliance in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Prior to this, Troy served as the Regional Director of Field Operations at United Blood Services, representing the Wyoming region. He also held the role of Manager of Donor Services, Fixed Site Operations at BioBridge Global, overseeing multiple community blood facilities, as well as other management roles over the span of 9 years.

Additionally, Troy contributes to the community as a Board Member at Haven for Hope of Bexar County, demonstrating his commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.

Throughout his career, Troy has shown a commitment to driving organizational success through strategic initiatives, process improvements, and effective leadership.

Jennifer Harwood is a seasoned healthcare operations executive with more than 25 years of
experience leading hospice and home health organizations across multi-state markets. She is
known for driving sustainable census growth, improving operational performance, and building
high-performing, mission-driven teams.

Jennifer’s leadership style is rooted in servant leadership, accountability, and collaboration. She
partners closely with clinical and sales teams to align strategy with execution—ensuring
consistent, predictable results while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has successfully scaled operations, led market expansions, and
developed leaders at all levels of the organization. She is passionate about fostering a culture
built on trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Jordan Straus is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned her degree in Information Technology and Marketing. She relocated to Austin, Texas, four years ago and has since built a strong presence in the home health care industry.

Jordan brings an extensive background in sales and marketing, combined with over three years of hands-on experience in home health care. Her primary focus has been in pediatric private duty nursing, where she has developed a deep understanding of both patient needs and family support systems.

Throughout her career, Jordan has worked across multiple areas of the industry, including staffing, recruiting, human resources management, sales, and marketing. Her well-rounded experience allows her to approach care delivery with both operational efficiency and compassion.

Jordan has a long-standing passion for working with pediatric and adult patients with special needs and lifelong illnesses. Her commitment to this field is driven by a genuine desire to help others and ensure that every individual receives the high-quality care they deserve.

Hardik Rohadiya serves as Assistant Director at BrightStar Care in Austin, where he brings a strong clinical background and leadership-driven mindset to the organization. As a Registered Nurse, he combines hands-on healthcare expertise with strategic oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
Hardik has accumulated over five years of nursing experience across healthcare systems in Canada and the United States. His experience spans hospital environments and leadership roles, where he has demonstrated the ability to manage responsibilities effectively while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Since joining BrightStar Care Home Health in 2024, Hardik has played a key role in strengthening team performance and supporting organizational growth. Known for his hardworking nature, multitasking abilities, and supportive leadership style, he consistently contributes to building a positive and efficient work environment.
