My family is incredibly grateful to BrightStar of Greater Waukesha and Lake Country. My parents caretaker, Elicia has become a very special friend to my parents. Her personality, patience and caring have earned her the sincere appreciation of our entire family. As my mother says, "we couldn't do this without her"!

My husband suffered a stroke in August. We needed help taking care of him while I was at work. Stephen was assigned to assist my husband with daily care and exercises. He was very nice, kind, and patient. He had years of experience in the field and knew this was a trying time for our family. Stephen coached my husband with his exercises, and my husband made a great recovery. Stephen was also very generous with his time and accommodated changes in our schedule. BrightStar did amazing things for our family, and we are so grateful for their work and Stephen's dedication to my husband's recovery.

I am a quadriplegic and have two BrightStar employees that help me with my morning routine. Both are intensely concerned about being excellent caregivers. Both of them are punctual and upbeat. Jenny T. is so friendly, sweet and gentle. She is willing to help in any way she can. Christina R. is very thoughtful, proactive and professional. She is energetic and always going above and beyond. I am very happy to have both of them helping me.

Mykiara and Danielle were exceptional in everything they did for my parents. They were willing to do anything and were very efficient. Our family highly recommends BrightStar for their services. We will not hesitate to call BrightStar again. Thank you!

Christina R. Does 1 on 1 care for one of our residents and she does an exceptional job taking care of him she even helps take care of the other residents . She has such great talent and shows not only empathy but passion and compassion for family and residents while she is present . Absolutely one of the best thank you for everything you do !

We have had great experiences with caregivers for our family members. Some of them, such as Karin, go way above and beyond, and have provided emotional support that got our mother-in-law into a mindset of independence, and lowered anxiety. They have been essential in allowing our parents to remain in their house. And they are so responsive too! Any problems and they are ready to fix it in that instant.
