BrightStar Care of Greenville NC has been absolutely wonderful. The owner, Blake, and office manager, Tiffany, have been such a pleasure to work with. They made it easy to set up services and have been amazingly flexible with scheduling and last minute requests. The care givers, especially Sherkala G. and Christine B., are the best! They are warm and caring and provide phenomenal and professional service. BrightStar gives me confidence that my mother is safe in her home when family can't be with her. I would highly recommend BrightStar to anyone look looking companion care in the Greenville area.

The Brightstar Care team was first class from the beginning of our process to the end. Blake and Annette came to the rehab facility to meet and assess our loved one. Blake worked with us to link our loved one's LTC insurance with their services. We were then blessed with their wonderful care staff coming to her home and coordinating care with a private weekend staff who together helped make it possible for her to fulfill her wish of remaining in her own home. I cannot thank Amanda, Vanessa, Monique, Tiffany, Priscilla, and the ladies who filled in at times for your compassionate and professional care throughout our loved one's battle with dementia and various physical illnesses. I can not say enough great things about how well this company has went above and beyond for our family. They are in constant communication with our family to make sure we are aware of our mom’s care. They are always available for any questions that we come up with and have helped us find resources over and above home care services for our mom. 5 stars!

Bright Star care has been good to me. My caregivers, Mearhi and Myieacha, are very cheerful, happy to help and they do anything I ask them to do for me. I feel very cared for and loved.

Bright Star Care always does their best to accommodate our schedules and match us with caregivers that we enjoy. We have a few that have become like family to us.
