I have been served by two lovely members of the BrightStar team. Each were professional, friendly, well trained and lovely with whom to work. The program is well managed and a great deal of effort was devoted to vetting team members and to matching team members to clients. . I highly recommend the program and the two lovely ladies with whom I worked., Betty Greer.

The care I’ve Brite Star of Greenville, NC has been top notch. I do want to give a huge shout out to a very special person…. LAURIE SHUPE!! Laurie came into a very difficult time in my life. I was very sick and I had lost confidence in the medical professionals. I was convinced they didn’t care and didn’t want to be bothered. It was then that Laurie walked in, with the biggest smile and introduced herself. She went right to work doing what God had intended to be her life’s calling. She explained all she was doing as we went along and carrying on pleasant conversations. She is extremely professional, caring and patient, if you hv question. This company goes above and beyond. They made sure our family members were taken care of after an accident and always had someone available to make sure our uncle had someone there to help him around his house. 5 stars!!!

During this novel and difficult time, BrightStar has helped my dad and family, tremendously. Their communication, consistency and patience is top notch! I look forward to continuing their service and feel that my dad is very safe with them.
