Our Staff at BrightStar Care® Greenville

BrightStar Care of Greenville is owned by Greenville locals and East Carolina University graduates.  Blake had a successful 18 year career in Accounting.  He is a CPA and worked in various industries throughout his career.  Blake holds a BSBA with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University.

Amy has an MAED from East Carolina University in Special Education and is an Assistant Director of Advising for the College of Business at ECU for the past 12 years.  Previously, she has worked in North Carolina Public Schools teaching high school in Special Education for 4 years.

Blake and Amy have three sons who are very active in sports.  As residents of Greenville, Blake and Amy share a passion for serving others as they have experienced family members needing care in the home as they age.  BrightStar provides the utmost attention to clients and customers through skilled medical staff, nursing care, and personal attention to the client’s needs.  The decision to have care in the home for a loved one is not an easy choice.  Brightstar Care of Greenville is dedicated to making this transition smooth for our clients as well as their families.  Blake and Amy look forward to serving Eastern North Carolina families with their home healthcare needs.

Kiley Cournoyer is the Customer Care Manager for Brightstar Care in Greenville, NC.  Kiley comes to Brightstar Care with over 9 years of experience in the staffing industry. Three of those years Kiley was Branch Manager for 3 different locations, where she served her clients with the best customer service and urgency for meeting their daily needs.

 

Kiley knows firsthand how important the Home Health Care field is as she has been coping with the diagnosis of her mom’s dementia for 3 years. Though Home Health Care was not a solution in her situation, Kiley wants other families facing these same health fears to be able to stay home in a familiar place that brings them comfort.

 

Kiley, shares a passion for serving clients and families with the utmost satisfaction and care possible to help navigate on this journey they are facing. Kiley has a supportive husband who has been able to help her cope with grief she has felt on her own personal journey and two teenagers that keep her on her toes.
