I have been a dedicated nurse for over six years, with experience ranging from critical care and travel nursing to home care nurse management.

I bring a strong clinical background and leadership experience from critical care, travel nursing,
and home care management. These roles have given me adaptability, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in new situations. As a leader, I focus on communication, relationship-building, and supporting nurses with the tools and guidance they need to provide safe, high-quality, compassionate care.
What part of your job are you most passionate about?
I’m most passionate about supporting nurses so they feel confident and valued, and ensuring clients receive exceptional, compassionate care. Seeing both come together is the most rewarding part of my work.
